Get a running start on your training with a private running coach! If you would like to run a 5k but have never run a step in your life, if you would like to improve your running form and speed or increase your endurance, whether you wish to run a 10k, a marathon or anything in between, together we will set up a personalized training plan that will assist you in reaching that goal. Having been a runner for over 15 years, I have both seen and experienced the amazing impact running can have on one’s life. I believe it is a great way to get fit and stay healthy, and I also believe it is possible to enjoy yourself in the process. It is a rewarding feeling to set a goal for yourself, train, and reach that goal, and I would love to help you get there. What is provided?
