Get a running start on your training with a private running coach!
If you would like to run a 5k but have never run a step in your life, if you would like to improve your running form and speed or increase your endurance, whether you wish to run a 10k, a marathon or anything in between, together we will set up a personalized training plan that will assist you in reaching that goal.

You can also choose from one of our new group training programs if a group setting is more your style!  Check out our Group Training Programs tab for more information!

Why Run?
Having been a runner for over 15 years, I have both seen and experienced the amazing impact running can have on one’s life. I believe it is a great way to get fit and stay healthy, and I also believe it is possible to enjoy yourself in the process.  It is a rewarding feeling to set a goal for yourself, train, and reach that goal, and I would love to help you get there. 

What is provided?
  • Initial running evaluation to assess your current fitness level and pace, running form, and personal goals.
  • A customized training schedule based on your personal goals.  This plan will include a safe progression of duration and distance, strategies to avoid injury, stretching and strengthening tips, as well as weekly modifications to your plan as needed.
  • Once a month face-to-face training sessions during the 8 week program to run and assess training progress, give encouragement and motivation, and answer questions.
  • A focus on injury prevention.
  • Race strategies and planning.
  • Unlimited access to your coach by e-mail or phone.
  • Free access to all group runs and runner networking.
